This Saturday the Issaquah History Museums will hold an open house and old junk sale at its restoration shop facility.

The Restoration Shop is located at 170 SE Bush Street in downtown Issaquah, on the corner of Bush Street and First Avenue, next to the Issaquah Food Bank.

Sale hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sale proceeds will benefit the restoration shop, where antique machinery, oversized artifacts and rolling stock are stored, maintained, and refurbished by volunteers.

Among the old items for sale are stoves, trunks, saws, telegraph insulators, antique washing machines, a treadle sewing machine, and one ornate red velvet exam chair.

For more information about the restoration shop or the sale: Issaquah History Museums, 425-392-3500 or info@issquahhistory.org.
