Help improve Beaver Lake trail

July 26, 2012 · 10:05 AM

Volunteers are needed for trail improvement at Beaver Lake Preserve from Aug. 1-4.

People can sign up for one day or for the entire project.

This project is to improve the Kipper Trail, which links Beaver Lake Preserve to Soaring Eagle Park.

Work will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. all four days.

Volunteers will load rock that will be transported to the site. The rock will then be spread along the new trail. Volunteers will also be building a turnpike.

Those interested in participating in the event can contact Dawn Sanders, (425) 295-0556.
