Memorial service set for Dr. David Woodall

A memorial service for Dr. David Woodall, the president of Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWIT) who died Sept. 3 from an apparent heart attack, will be 11 a.m. Sept. 27 in the LWIT Library. The school is located at 1605 132nd Ave. NE, Kirkland.
