Art of Giving demos, art show all weekend in Issaquah

ArtEAST is hosting a weekend of gift-giving themed events throughout the weekend, starting Dec. 2.

It includes the Holiday Art Show, live music and food.

The group is also planning free demonstrations on how to make creative gift tags, cards and how to block print.

All of the activities take place at the artEASt Art Center, 95 Front St. N., Issaquah.

 

Friday, Dec. 2

4-8 p.m., Make Your Own Cards with Michele Ryan

Saturday, Dec. 3

1-3 p.m., Block Printing demo by Theresa Neinas

2-6 p.m., Creative Gift Tag demo by Sarah Brighton

3-5 p.m., Enjoy live music from David Irish on keyboard

6-9 p.m., Celebrate with us at the Art of Giving Reception. Sips and nibbles will bring good cheer!

7-9 p.m., Enjoy live jazz guitar from Todd Fawsett

Sunday, Dec. 4

12-3 p.m., Clay handbuilding demo by Juliette Ripley-Dinkelberger

1-3 p.m., Creative Gift Tag demo by Sarah Brighton

3-5 p.m., Jewelry Design Demo by Qun Zuo
