Annual art fair coming to Sammamish

Local Eastside artists will have their work for sale inside Sammamish City Hall on the weekend of October 10 and 11 as part of the 2009 Sammamish Art Fair.
Admission is free; light refreshments will be offered and there will also be a children’s art area, with various hands-on activities.
There is plenty of parking in the neighboring areas.
This annual Art Fair is sponsored by the City of Sammamish Arts Commission and will feature original paintings, jewelry, mixed media and encaustic art, various glass arts, ceramics, woodcarving, and textile art.
In addition, this year’s art submissions were juried to ensure the highest quality of fine art will be presented at the fair.
