The Downtown Issaquah Association invites you and your club members to join us for the 13th Annual Fenders on Front Street Car Show – Father’s Day, June 17.
The show begins at 8 a.m. and runs until 3 p.m. This is a free show.
The DIA anticipate another year attracting car owners from across the state to show off their classic cars. There will be live music, family fun and a trophy and awards ceremony with MC Lance Lambert. Vinyl Radio will also be broadcasting favorite tunes all day long. The afternoon will culminate with an afternoon cruise to Triple XXX Rootbeer Drive-In.
- Registration is now open at http://www.fendersonfrontstreet.com. Print your placard for the show and enter for a chance to win a $200 gift card from Griot’s Garage.
- Registration is free with a suggested donation of $20, must be registered to win.
- The famous “Shelly” trophies will be awarded in several categories including Best of Show and Favorite Original, Classic, 50’s, 1950-1969, Post 1970, Foreign Truck, Most Unique, Cuz it’s Cool categories and a few surprises.
- Special room rates for local overnight accommodation and a list of local attractions are available on the Fenders website.
- Front Street closes at 6:30 a.m. for the hundreds of fantastic automobiles to start parking. Please enter from the north (Gilman) and point south on Front Street.
- The Triple XXX Rootbeer Drive-In will also be hosting cars and offer a $10 credit with hotel receipt.
- The Eagles are serving their annual breakfast from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Judging starts at 12:30 p.m.
- Coffee and donuts will be served at the Triple XXX and the historic Shell Station.
- Yum-E Yogurt will be offering breakfast and coffee.
