Thefts • Police arrested a 22-year-old Bellevue man at about 5 p.m. Nov. 14 at Fred Meyer, 6100 East Lake Sammamish Parkway, on suspicion of stealing groceries. The theft was estimated at about $157.20, but officers were able to recover the groceries. • Police responded to a report of theft the morning of Nov. 15 in the 1800 block of 12th Avenue Northeast. A Trek bicycle had been stolen from a resident's garage between 10 a.m. and 10:25 a.m. Total loss is estimated at $3,000. • Officers responded to a report of theft Nov. 15 in the 7500 block of Northwest Dogwood Street. Between 5:30 and 6 p.m., a duffle bag was stolen from a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt. Police estimate the loss of the bag and its contents at $600. • Police arrested at 21-year-old Bellevue man at about 2:40 p.m. Nov. 17 at Costco, 1801 10th Ave. N.W., on suspicion of stealing headphones. Police recovered the headphones, estimated at $74.99. Malicious mischief Police responded to a report of malicious mischief at about 11:11 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 1700 block of Northeast Park Drive. Someone had reported that an unknown person put a dent in the hood of their white Subaru Legacy. Vehicle prowl A resident called police to report a vehicle prowl at approximately 2:40 p.m. Nov. 15 in the 200 block of Northeast Creek Way, after discovering that a knife had been stolen from a 1941 Dodge Arm truck. Police estimate loss at $200, and said the theft occurred overnight. Disturbance Police responded to a report of a man causing a disturbance in the Costco food court at about 5:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at 1801 10th Ave. Northwest. The man reportedly was angry at the delay in his pizza order, and began yelling and cursing at employees. He left in a white extended cab truck before police arrived. Reckless driving A 23-year-old Carnation man was arrested at approximately 10:30 p.m. Nov. 17 at the intersection of Southeast Issaquah-Fall City Road and Southeast Black Nugget Road on suspicion of reckless driving. DUI Police arrested a 36-year-old woman at about 11:51 p.m. Nov. 17 in the 6300 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway on suspicion of driving under the influence. She refused a blood alcohol content test.
