Man robs Walgreen’s of narcotics

Issaquah police on Friday, Dec. 5, responded to a silent hold-up alarm at Walgreens, 6300 East Lake Sammamish Parkway S.E. When officers arrived shortly after 10 p.m., employees told them that a man demanded prescription drugs from the pharmacy and threatened to shoot employees if they didn’t cooperate, according to a press release. No weapons were seen, and the suspect left the store with an undetermined amount of narcotics. Detectives continue to investigate the robbery. Anyone with information is asked to call the Issaquah Police Department at 837-3200.
