Wildlife education classes to begin
December 19, 2011 · Updated 8:30 AM
On April 6, Washington Fish and Wildlife staff will present a seminar on co-existing with bears, bobcats, and cougars inside the city of Sammamish.
Residents concerned about living with wildlife are invited to attend the presentation, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at City Hall.
The seminar will be led by Bruce Richards. Among other things, he will bring bear traps, stuffed wildlife, and a bear dog trained to go after grizzly bears.
For more information on the wildlife seminar, contact the Joan Burlingame at either 425-295-0547 or jburlingame@ci.sammamish.wa.us
