Stick up at adult toy store

Lovers, an adult toy and lingerie store at 5614 E. Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, was allegedly the scene of an armed robbery last Friday. At approximately 2:32 p.m. on Friday, July 24, Issaquah Police responded to the store after a report of an armed robbery that just occurred. Witnesses said the suspect, who was in the store earlier, came back into the store and produced a black handgun and demanded cash. The suspect fled the scene northbound. Police conducted an area check with assistance from the Normandy Park Police Department K9 unit. The suspect was not found but a sweat shirt and cap believed to have been worn by the suspect were located across the street in a parking lot. The suspect is described as a white male, 20-25 years old, 5’10 to 6’00 tall, heavy build, with bushy eyebrows, cleft chin, 2-3 day growth of facial hair, wearing a dark knit cap, grey sweatshirt and blue jeans.
