I-90 closures this weekend

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will close eastbound lanes of the mainline on Interstate 90 on Saturday, July 31 and the westbound mainline on Sunday, Aug. 1.
The Saturday eastbound closure will happen from 12:01 to 10 a.m., effecting the area between Rainier Avenue and East Mercer Way, as well as the Rainier Avenue and Island Crest Way on-ramps to eastbound I-90.
On Sunday, WSDOT crews will close the westbound I-90 mainline from 12:01 to 10 a.m. between East Mercer Way and Rainier Avenue. The Island Crest Way and 77th Avenue SE ramps to the express lanes will remain open, with all other westbound ramps on Mercer Island closed.
During both closures, drivers will be rerouted onto the express lanes.
