DIA Wine and Art Walk begins March 3

Front Street shops stay open late for the evening event.

The first of the 2018 Downtown Issaquah Association Wine and Art Walks kicks off Saturday, March 3.

The Wine and Art Walk is a fun and lively first Saturday evening event that brings the community together. Attendees can enjoy live music, art, art demonstrations, snacks and local boutique wines poured in various tasting locations along Front Street.

Front Street shops and restaurants are open to the general public during the Wine and Art Walk, and all ages are welcome.

The event furthers the mission of the Downtown Issaquah Association, which is to promote and enhance the vitality of historic Downtown Issaquah through programs and events that celebrate the city’s unique culture.

Participating wineries include Tsillan Cellars, Armstrong Cellars, Bunnell Family Cellars, Estrin Estates, Florentino Cellars, Love that Red, Naches Heights Vineyard, Truth Teller Cellars, Three of Cups and more to come.

Origanizers encourage attendees to BYOG — bring your own glass — and help DIA reduce waste.

Sponsors and non-profit partners include the city of Issaquah, artEast Gallery, Art by Fire, Kind, Talking Rain and Capri Cellars. Future Wine and Art Walks will take place April 7, May 5, June 2 and Sept. 8.
