Resort-style Life Plan Community Timber Ridge at Talus in Issaquah, has promoted Chef Raul Jimenez to executive chef.

Previously lead cook at Timber Ridge, Jimenez will now oversee the overall kitchen and restaurant operations, including the creation of healthy menu options for the multiple dining venues at Timber Ridge.

Jimenez joined Timber Ridge in 2010 as a dinner cook. Prior to Timber Ridge, he gained extensive experience working with other high-end food operations including 21 Central Steakhouse in Kirkland, as well as restaurants in Mexico.
