The Wolverines took the Patriots to five games before falling 16-14 in the fifth.

Kelsey Burns had a team high 25 digs and Natalie Phee added 20 assists for Bellevue.

Boys golf

Eastlake 179 Issaquah 191

The Wolves moved to 5-0 at Snoqualmie Falls Golf Course as Spencer Weiss and Li Wang shared medalist honors with a 34.

Zack Overstreet fired a 35 to lead the Eagles, but Will Sharp's 36 and Josh Grace's 37 for Eastlake were too much to overcome.

Girls soccer

Skyline 3 Ballard 1

Amanda Johnson got the scoring started for the Spartans in the 14th minute on an Anna Deweirdt assist and Deweirdt added a score of her own in the 45th minute from Bianca Saint in the win.

Rachel Shimm put in an unassisted score to give Skyline its final tally of the night.
