Reyer selected to perform at Macy’s parade
Sammamish resident Emily Reyer, 13, was selected as a member of the USA Baton Twirling All Stars that will participate in the 2008 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. She is one of 150 performers selected from around the United States.
Reyer will also twirl at the Sept. 26 Eastlake football game. She has performed at half time with the Eastlake Marching Band for the past four years. This year she is doing one-, two- and three-baton performances at the game.
