Eastside Catholic cruises to victory against Seattle Prep

The Eastside Catholic Crusaders defeated Seattle Prep 14-8 in the Washington High School lacrosse boys private school semifinals on May 20 at Eastside Catholic School in Sammamish. Brennan Holmes and Lucas Wathen scored three goals apiece in the win for the Crusaders. Eastside Catholic will face O’Dea in the private school championship game at 1:30 p.m. on May 27 at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila.

Skyline defeats Curtis in quarterfinals

The Skyline Spartans defeated Curtis 14-4 in the Washington High School boys lacrosse 4A quarterfinals on May 19 at Skyline High School in Sammamish. Nolan Eggert scored a team-high three goals in the win for Skyline. Nathan Brandt, Jack McCarthy and Conner Hoke added two goals apiece in the win.

Eastlake captures win against Union in quarterfinals

The Eastlake Wolves registered a 9-5 victory against the Union Titans in the Washington High School boys lacrosse 4A quarterfinals on May 20 at Camas High School. Andrew Edward scored a team-high three goals for Eastlake in the win. Daniel Bradley added two goals as well.

Issaquah loses to Kentlake in first round

The Issaquah Eagles memorable 2017 season came to a close, courtesy of a 7-3 loss to the Kentlake Falcons in the first round of the Class 4A state tournament on May 20 at Heritage Park in Puyallup. The Eagles finished the season with an overall record of 17-7.

Eagles conquer Crusaders

The Arlington Eagles nabbed a 2-0 win against the Eastside Catholic Crusaders in the first round of the Class 3A state playoffs on May 20 at Dream Field in Mount Vernon. Eastside Catholic finished the 2017 season with an overall record of 17-6.

Ballard captures victory against Eastside Catholic

The Ballard Beavers registered a 12-2 win against the Eastside Catholic Crusaders in a loser-out 2017 SeaKing district 3A playoff game on May 18 at Southeast Athletic Complex in Seattle. Eastside Catholic finished the 2017 season with an overall record of 6-18.

Inglemoor defeats Skyline in loser-out game

The Inglemoor Vikings defeated the Skyline Spartans 3-0 in a winner-to-state, loser-out KingCo 4A playoff game on May 18 at Inglemoor High School in Kenmore. Skyline finished the 2017 season with an overall record of 13-8.

Eastlake loses to rival in loser-out contest

The Skyline Spartans earned a 5-4 win against the Eastlake Wolves in a loser-out KingCo 4A playoff game on May 17 at Inglemoor High School in Kenmore. The Wolves finished the 2017 season with an overall record of 15-7.
