                                Local Cross Country runners showed off their skills at the 19th annual Nike Border Clash 5K run at the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon on Nov. 18. In boys action, Eastlake Wolves senior Nate Pendleton captured ninth place at the meet. Issaquah’s Luke George finished in 14th place. In the girls meet, Skyline’s Geneva Schlepp earned 15th place individually. Issaquah’s Kenna Clawson cruised to a 24th place finish and Issaquah senior Sami Corman nabbed 41st place.
