Arsenal targets title

The BU-14 Issaquah Soccer Club Arsenal White team played in the semifinals for the Fred Meyer Commissioner State Cup on Saturday at the Starfire Field and upset previously undefeated HAS WS Deportivo Moctezuma, 3-2. The team will play for the state championship at 11:15 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 22 at the Starfire Stadium in Tukwila.
