Art rules on first Fridays

Issaquah painter Liz Ashley was one of many local artists and designers to display their works at the second ArtWalk for 2009 last Friday.

Ashley’s work reflects her surroundings — the colors in the flora and fauna of the northwest.

On the first Friday of each month until September, musicians, artists and craftspeople make downtown Issaquah their own.
