The 2010 Plateau Challenge was held Saturday and Sunday at the new Central Park turf fields in the Highlands with 14 lacrosse teams competing in Junior (5/6 grade) and Senior (7/8 grade) divisions.

The Junior Division Championship game had two Issaquah Peak select teams matching up with Peak Navy edging out Peak White, 6-2.

The Senior Division Championship game pitted Team Relentless, a select travel team from Orange County, Calif., and the Issaquah Peak Rainier select team.

The Relentless won the hard-fought matchup with a final score of 7-6.

This year’s Challenge was the kick-off fundraiser for the Issaquah Youth Lacrosse “Pave the Lot” fund dedicated to helping Issaquah Parks & Recreation complete the parking area at Central Park.
