City flags at half-staff for fallen soldier

The City of Issaquah will lower its flags to half-staff today, Tuesday, in memory of U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Joshua R. Dumaw, 23, of Spokane Valley, who died June 22 while supporting combat operations in Nimruz Province in Afghanistan.

Flags will remain at half-staff until this afternoon, or the morning of June 30.
