Parker, Schreiber named to WIBCA all-state teams | Prep sports news

Skyline’s Will Parker was named to the WIBCA 4A all-state roster after a season where he led the Spartans in scoring at over 14 points per game and assists at nearly four per.

Parker also tallied 55 steals on the year, 36 more than any other player on the team and good for over 2.5 per game.

Jason Harrington from Redmond was the only other KingCo player named to the 4A squad.

Eastside Catholic senior Joey Schreiber was named to the 3A team and will join fellow Metro League players Mitch Brewe (Seattle Prep) and Sekou Wiggs (O’Dea).

The 1B and 2B teams will face off in the first game of the day, followed by the 1A and 2A teams and the final game of the day matching the 3A and 4A teams at 6 p.m.

All games are on Saturday, Mar. 10 at Curtis High School in University Place. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the cost is $10 for adults.
