Residents donate 8,760 toiletry items

People donated more than 8,760 toiletry items to the Issaquah AAA office as part of the organization’s Soap for Hope drive.

In all, 126,646 items were collected by all AAA offices, an all-time record and 21 percent more than last year’s collection of 105,079 items.

The Issaquah items were given to the YWCA Redmond Family Village.
