Fossil fuels still needed

Regarding the May 31 article, “Crossing party lines for climate change,” the irony for this group is that it probably was fossil fuels that got them there. I am sure they also enjoy heat and air conditioning. Also their television and computers.

And they hate coal that is used to fire up those electrical plants to plug-in everything, including electric cars. Wind turbines are not for everything and those cars need a plug-in after 200 miles so if you are planning a drive farther than that it will take you some time.
