Issaquah native back in cage with fiancee

Dex Montenegro of Issaquah will be back in the octagon on October 5 for CageSport XXVII at the Emerald Queen Casino, and so will his fiancee Amy Cadwell.

Montenegro will fight his fourth MMA bout, facing Jorge Alba (0-1) while his Cadwell makes her professional debut against Hadley Griffith (1-0).

The two became engaged after another of Montenegro’s fights when he proposed in the ring.

Tickets for the event begin at $35 and are available through Ticketmaster or at the Emerald Queen box office.
