Louis Thompson Hill Road in Sammamish reduced to one lane

The city of Sammamish reduced traffic on Louis Thompson Hill Road Northeast to one lane Sunday morning following a washout of the pavement on one side and a pair of downed trees, according to a city statement.

The issue occurred Sunday morning when water washed out the shoulder on the downhill side of the road, which caused the trees to fall.

City crews are on scene as of 11:40 a.m.
