The city of Issaquah has opened its nomination process for the Issaquah Hall of Fame, a community award that will be presented at the annual Issaquah Community Awards in spring.

The award recognizes “exemplary individuals with records of inspiration, leadership and service,” according to an announcement from the city.

Past nominees include developer Skip Rowley, former mayor Ava Frisinger and Healthy Youth Initiative director Barbara de Michele.

Nominations can be submitted via the city website at http://bit.ly/1LKlGpE. They are due by March 31.
