Lake Washington School District cancels after-school activities and events Monday

The Lake Washington School District is canceling all its after-school activities and events, the district announced Monday afternoon.

With snow falling and sticking to roads early Monday morning, the district called a two-hour late start around 7:30 a.m. for all grades and canceled morning and afternoon preschool.

Schools in the Issaquah School District as well as Eastside Catholic remained on regular schedules as of 1 p.m. Monday afternoon. This story will be updated if more information becomes available.
