Drivers should expect traffic delays along Southeast 24th Street in Sammamish next week

Sammamish drivers should brace for traffic delays along Southeast 24th Street near Beaver Lake Park beginning Monday, April 10.

The city of Sammamish announced Friday that significant road work between 244th Avenue Southeast and 248th Avenue Southeast will take place throughout next week between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Project work is expected to finish by April 14.

The city stated the timing of the project was to coincide with the Issaquah School District’s spring break.
