The Issaquah girls extended their winning streak to four games after a 63-42 victory over the Bothell Cougars on Jan. 10. During the week, the Eagles also picked up a convincing 64-26 win over the Mount Si Wildcats on Jan. 8. At press time, the Eagles sit on top of the KingCo Crest standings, sporting a 6-1 league record.

The Issaquah boys’ fourth-quarter comeback fell just short in a 74-72 loss to the Bothell Cougars on Jan. 10. The Eagles trailed by 13 after the third quarter, but they made it close in the final frame, outscoring the Cougars 25-16 in the fourth quarter.
