Snake Hill Road to close Aug. 26-27 | City brief

The city of Sammamish announced Wednesday it will close 212th Way Southeast, also known as Snake Hill Road, at 9 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, for another round of roadway repairs.

The steep, winding road that leads down to East Lake Sammamish Parkway will remain closed until 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 27. The two-day closure will let crews remove and replace sections of pavement before the rainy season arrives.

Drivers are advised to use alternative routes.
