Published 3:31 pm Monday, May 2, 2016
The Sammamish City Council meets next on Tuesday, May 3, in city hall at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting follows Monday’s open house in city hall where residents can learn about and give feedback on Sound Transit and King County Metro’s transit plan.
Among other things, the council will first hear a presentation on Metro and ST3.
A public hearing is set for the first reading of amendments pertaining to the city’s Protection and Regulation of Environmentally Critical Areas in the Sammamish Shoreline Master Program and the Environmentally Critical Areas Regulations.
The council will consider awarding a $150,500 bid with KBA Consultants Inc. for the 2016 overlay program. The funds would come out of the 2016 Pavement Management Program, leaving $3.58 million for remaining pavement projects in 2016.
The city manager is scheduled to give an end-of-the-year financial report and bring the council up to speed regarding carry forward requests from 2015.
There is an executive session listed on the agenda.
