Russell Joe leads Rose Zibrat in city council race

With 37.8% of the registered voter ballots counted, Russell Joe holds the lead against Rose Zibrat in the race for City Council Position No. 5.
Russell Joe – 62.22% (5,066 votes)
Rose Zibrat – 37.24% (3,032 votes)
Election will be certified on Nov. 23.
