The biggest single-event collection of donated items for purchase on the Sammamish Plateau marks its 14th year later this month when the Habitat for Humanity Garage Sale takes place Sept. 27-28 at Issaquah’s Faith United Methodist Church.

Bargain-hunters can peruse and purchase the donated merchandise from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The church is located at 3924 Issaquah-Pine Lake Road.

Church members said there often are 150 people waiting to get into the sale when it starts on Friday.

Those wanting to donate clean, usable, salable items can drop them off at the church from 3-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25 and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26.
