Haley Smith named National Merit semifinalist

Haley Smith, a student at Skyline High School in Sammamish, has been named a semifinalist in the 2013 National Achievement Scholarship Program. She will compete for approximately 800 Achievement Scholarship awards worth more than $2.5 million that will be offered next spring.
