Issaquah branch of U.S. Bank celebrates remodeling

The grand reopening celebration will take place on September 14 at 12:00 p.m.

After an extensive remodel to improve banking experiences, the U.S Bank Issaquah branch is celebrating a grand reopening on September 14 at noon.

The grand reopening of the branch, located at 1295 Northwest Gilman Boulevard, will include food trucks that will provide complimentary lunches to customers and guests. Additionally, a $3,000 donation to the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank will be presented.

“We have proudly served Issaquah for more than 30 years and are thrilled to bring the latest branch experience to this important community,” said Chris Befumo, U.S. Bank branch banking market leader for Washington. “Issaquah continues to be a high-growth area and we look forward to serving our local customers here in new ways.”

The 3,511 square-foot revamped space will feature engagement offices that provide space for in depth conversations. Bankers will also be equipped with mobile tablets to assist customers throughout different areas of the branch, such as customer support stations to provide space for one-on-one conversations.

In-lobby ATMs will also be available, where customers can make deposits, get cash with their choice of denominations, and pay accounts online, among others. U.S. Bank customers will also have access to specialists in business and commercial banking, wealth management, as well as mortgage services.

Drive-up services will also be available at the branch, in addition to a walk-up ATM. As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the remodeling focused on protecting the health of customers and employees through installing plexiglass barriers, antimicrobial surfaces and signage to encourage social distancing.
