Quast was born and raised in Washington and has been a women’s career blogger for six years, after a 20-plus year career in corporate America.

Quast is a certified career coach and mentor, and a global corporate executive and business consultant and award-winning author. Quast also does pageant coaching, with the current Miss Washington as one of her clients.

Her blog’s mission is to close the gender gap around inequality of pay and stature, by providing women with the necessary tools to obtain career success.
