Eastlake players Andrew Edwards, Simon Breecher and Anton Hvidtfeldt each scored a team-high three goals apiece in the victory. Nathan Sutter added two goals as well for the Wolves. Hunter Klinge, Adam Page, Reed Payne and Gavin Wallace also scored one goal apiece in the title game.
