Issaquah’s Front Street Market critics are shameful | Letter

In response to the Reporter’s article about the closing of Front Street Market, well, the boycott against Front Street Market certainly worked out for everyone, didn’t it? Now local workers don’t have to worry whether they get $10 or $15 or even more an hour. Now they all get the same salary. Nothing.

And in the process, these people, using incorrect information, managed to close a mainstay of Issaquah where I bought fruits and vegetables since I moved here over 30 years ago. And as for the people who took the time to go to the market to personally lambast the family who ran it — they have the same small minds as those who lived in backward towns in the early 1960s who didn’t like “them newcomers” moving in. Shameful.
