The city of Issaquah banned the use of plastic bags for groceries but the Reporter still uses plastic bags to deliver your papers, even though I have a mailing tube for the papers on my fence.

Your plastic bags that are used for the paper are worthless. They’re too small to easily use for kitty litter or ashes from my fireplace, unlike the ones the city banned. Can’t you show some responsibility and ban your delivery persons from using the plastic bags?
