Free workshop next week on preparing for the Issaquah Triathlon

Olympic aspirant, Rusty Pruden of Kirkland, will host a workshop next week on how to prepare for the Issaquah Triathlon to be held in June.

And Pruden knows – he won last year’s event, and is widely recognized as one of the best triathletes in the state.

The free triathlon training workshop will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday March 24, at REI in Issaquah, 735 NW Gilman Blvd. It will be a great opportunity for both amateurs and pros to get training tips from a seasoned competitor.
