The Northwest Art Center (NWAC) is pleased to present the 2011 Valley Art Show—now in its 6th year. NWAC is accepting submissions from Monday, May 2-May 4. This juried art show is free to enter and artists are welcome to sell their art with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the artist. The artwork will be judged and then installed for public display in businesses throughout downtown Duvall from May 21 to June 4. Submissions from adults and youth are welcome. 5th Avenue Theatre’s Adventure Musical Theatre (AMT) touring company offers free presentation (to all museum ticket-holders) of its newest production, “Rosie the Riveter” to families and children visiting The Museum of Flight at 2 p.m., April 23.
