Dance

A Day of Dance at Pacific Northwest Ballet Saturday, June 18 at McCaw Hall. Featuring the 30th annual PNB school performance at 1:30 p.m., Next Step, (formerly known as “Choreographer’s Showcase) at 7 p.m., and in between performances, the annual PNB School Celebration Dinner. Chinese Acrobats of Hebei at 7 p.m., May 8 at Kirkland Performance Center. Spectacular feats of athleticism and jaw-dropping tricks will keep the audience members on the edge of their seats. Tickets Youth $20, Adult $30. Go to www.kpcenter.org; 350 Kirkland Ave., Kirkland.

Village Theatre’s production of “Jesus Christ: Super Star” is May 11 – July 12. Written by legendary team Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, this extraordinary rock opera highlights the struggles of Jesus of Nazareth and Judas Iscariot during the last week of Jesus’s life.
