Looking for a fresh challenge this summer? Want to do something that is as good for your soul as it is for your body? Mountains to Sound Greenway is hosting a series of volunteer events in and around Issaquah over the next few months, to give locals the opportunity to roll up their sleeves, raise a sweat, and make a positive contribution to our remarkable environment.

On Saturday July 10, join the team working to remove invasive species at Squak Valley Park. Full day or half day slots are available.

There will also be crews working on the Teneriffe Falls Trail in North Bend.

In following weeks, volunteers will be doing their thing at Luther Burbank Park in Mercer Island, Little Si, and Issaquah’s Pickering Creek, to name but a few of the sites to get the Greenway makeover.
