Fred Genesee, professor emeritus at McGill University, will discuss bilingualism and bilingual language acquisition in children at 6 p.m. April 30 at the Stroum Jewish Community Center on Mercer Island. The talk is in partnership with French Immersion School of Washington and the Stroum Jewish Community Center.

The center is located at 3801 East Mercer Way.
