Burglar drinks homeowner’s beer, showers, steals clean underwear | Sammamish Blotter June 20-27

June 20

FORGERY: Someone tried to open a new credit line in the name of a resident in the 20300 block of Southeast 40th Street.

FIDGET SPINNERS: Police were called about a 10-year-old boy who took two fidget spinners from a resident in the 23000 block of Southeast 14th Street without paying for them.

June 21

AMMO: A resident in the 900 block of 225th Court Northeast turned over old ammunition that had been found in the resident’s basement to Sammamish police for disposal.

PORN: A student of East Lake High School told police that another student had an estimated 150 pornographic images of other female students and was selling them to wiling buyers via the Internet and across state lines.

June 22

INJURED TREE: Comcast Cable Company arrived at a residence in the 23300 block on Northeast 25th Way for routine work and left machinery on scene which broke some tree branches causing damage to the tree.

June 24

HAVE YOU SEEN HER: A vehicle occupied by two females and a male pulled alongside teenage boys walking by Klahanie Park, 25000 Southeast Klahanie Boulevard, and showed the teens a photo of an adult female. The driver asked if the boys knew the woman in the photo.

June 27

PARTY: Juveniles were reportedly drinking alcohol at a party in the 1700 block of 268th Place Southeast.

SHOE: A woman was struck in the head with a tennis shoe by her boyfriend of seven years in the 22000 block of Northeast 18th Street.

PRIORITIES: Someone entered a home in the 5100 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway through an unlocked garage side door, drank the homeowner’s beer, showered in the bathroom and stole two pairs of bulk underwear from the homeowner’s wife’s drawer before being caught by the homeowner.

VIOLIN: A student’s violin went missing from the music room at East Lake High School, 400 228th Ave. NE.
