An Eastside Fire and Rescue member checks a car which went over an embankment Wednesday afternoon , Jan. 14 near the Costco corporate headquarters at 800 Lake Drive. The driver said that the accelerator of the vehicle got stuck as she was backing out of a parking stall. The vehicle accelerated through part of the parking lot, across Lake Drive, then hit a tree before going over the ten foot bank.
