Class to discuss ‘red flags’ in child’s development

Encompass will present a class for parents to know and recognize "red flags" in their child's development and if the behavior should be examined more closely.

 

Encompass will present a class for parents to know and recognize “red flags” in their child’s development and if the behavior should be examined more closely.

The free class, for parents of children ages 0-5 years, will be taught by Marsha Quinn, community resource manager in pediatric therapy programs at Encompass. She has worked 10 years in early intervention services providing support to special needs families and outreach in the community.

The class will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 5 at at Virginia Mason Medical Center Issaquah, 100 N.E. Gilman Blvd. Register can be made at www.encompassnw.org. Space is limited. To learn more, call 425-888-2777.
