Delectable chocolate eggs rolling off the shelves

Giant chocolate eggs were up for grabs this week — but they went fast.

Peterson brought her coveted collection in March 27 and by Tuesday most of them had been sold.

There were several egg types. Some were filled with jelly beans, solid chocolates and truffles.

Hand-dipped truffles and exquisite molded chocolates are made from premium chocolates from around the world, pure 100 percent cream, natural herbs, fruits and liqueurs. Flavors included pomegranate lemon, bittersweet chocolate, orange ginger, coffee, raspberry and cinnamon.

Immaculate Confections is located in Edmonds in the 21900 block of 96th Avenue West.
