Firm gets 5-year, $400 million contract for natural gas work; Issaquah office planned

Quanta Services Inc. said Monday that its InfraSource LLC unit has gotten a five-year contract to do construction and maintenance work on natural gas systems owned by Puget Sound Energy.

Quanta Services Inc. said Monday that its InfraSource LLC unit has gotten a five-year contract to do construction and maintenance work on natural gas systems owned by Puget Sound Energy.

According to a report by the Associated Press, the contract is worth $400 million.

InfraSource will have an office in Issaquah, and will employ at least 250 people to work on the natural gas system, the company said.
